Chetan Herbals Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Chetan Herbals Affiliate Program.
By joining this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. About Chetan Herbals

Chetan Herbals is a New Delhi based Ayurvedic healthcare company engaged in manufacturing and supplying herbal wellness products. 

Our mission is to make safe, natural, and traditional Ayurvedic solutions accessible to people across India using modern technology and trusted herbal formulations. 

2. Affiliate Eligibility

Anyone can apply to become an affiliate.

Approval depends on:

  • Promotion method

  • Platform quality

  • Compliance with ethical marketing

Chetan Herbals reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

3. Role of Affiliate

Affiliates are responsible only for:

✔ Promoting Chetan Herbals products
✔ Sharing referral links
✔ Generating genuine customers

Chetan Herbals will handle:

✔ Order processing
✔ Shipping
✔ Customer support
✔ Returns

4. Commission Policy

Affiliate commission will be applicable only on:

  • Successfully delivered orders

  • Non-cancelled orders

  • Non-returned orders

Commission will NOT be paid on:

❌ Cancelled Orders
❌ RTO Orders
❌ Returned Orders
❌ Fake / Self Orders

5. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹ 2000

  • Payment cycle: Every 15 Days

  • Payment methods:

    ✔ UPI
    ✔ Bank Transfer

Fraudulent activity may result in payment hold or cancellation.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote products responsibly.

You are NOT allowed to:

❌ Make false medical claims
❌ Promise guaranteed results
❌ Use misleading before/after results
❌ Promote using spam (WhatsApp / SMS / Email)
❌ Run adult / illegal advertisements

7. Brand Protection

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

❌ Running ads using brand name without permission
❌ Creating fake websites/pages in company name
❌ Misusing logo or product images

Only official creatives should be used.

8. Compliance

Since Chetan Herbals deals in Ayurvedic wellness products, affiliates must ensure:

  • Promotions remain ethical

  • No misleading health claims are made

Violation may result in:

❌ Commission cancellation
❌ Account suspension
❌ Permanent ban

9. Termination

Chetan Herbals reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Fake leads/orders generated

  • Brand misuse occurs

Pending commissions may be forfeited in such cases.

10. Program Changes

Chetan Herbals may modify:

  • Commission structure

  • Payment terms

  • Affiliate rules

Any updates will be communicated accordingly.

11. Acceptance

By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm:

✔ You agree to all terms
✔ You will follow ethical promotion
✔ You understand violation may result in removal
